Wildwood Highlands Policies:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required
within 14 days of booking date.
- Final count is required 5 days prior
to the event.
- Failure to call in a final count will
result in the cancellation of the event.
- Park will open at 10am for groups of
75 or more, and 10:30am for groups of 50 or more for all
unlimited packages. If final count falls below these amounts,
the park will not open until 11:00am (unless other arrangements
have been make by a group coordinator).
- Groups arriving more than 30 minutes
late will be charged a flat fee of $25.00 per half hour,
unlimited attraction groups will have their session shortened.
- Group reservations are required in order
to receive all discounted rates. No walk in groups will
be accepted.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No outside food or drinks are permitted
on the premises with the exception of celebration cakes,
which must be approved by your group coordinator.
- Rates are subject to change at any time.
